Six Simple Steps To Extraordinary Home Improvement!
From initial planning and selection to final design and construction.
Our professional staff is ready to serve all your remodeling needs.
Step 1 - The Visit
Visit our showroom and pick up a catalog or "contact us" on line to request a catalog. However you start... a visit to our showroom is highly recommended. We've been in the WhiteLakes Plaza location since 1986 and have many in-store tools and accessories on display to assist you in the successful design and completion of your sunroom. You can easily see why "Conservaglass Select" is the best glass on the planet for Year Around comfort! Please call before coming into the showroom to make sure we are there.
Step 2 - The Survey
My name is Jerry Amyotte, owner of Energy Consulting Associates. I've been the only person in the company that does "on site surveys". I believe this is the most important step in the successful design of your sunroom or solarium. I will come to your home or business, inspect the site, take measurements and ask questions to determine your "planned usage" of your new sunroom. No surprises later on.
Step 3 - The Design
Based on the "The Survey" I will design your sunroom. If required I will provide engineering and drawings. Four Seasons Sunrooms offers more systems with more options than anyone else in the industry. A residential project can have up to eight phases: Permits & Codes, Foundation & Site Preparation, 4-Seasons Installation, Electrical, HVAC, Interior Trim & Flooring, decks & stairs and Customer Care. Lots of choices, lots of chances for a mistake; and since I have already made every mistake possible... you are pretty safe. You will be working with the most experienced turn-key sunroom and solarium contractor in the area. That's Real Important!
Step 4 - The Financing
We can help you with your financing requirements. We work with local and national companies that specialize in remodeling finance.
Step 5 - The Installation
Here's where you separate the men from the boys. The Solariums, Conservatories and Patio Rooms you see pictured on 4seasonskansas are very precise and very critical of plumb, level and square. Our installers average over 22 years of experience with Four Seasons Products. We provide a turnkey finished product from the foundation to tile on the floor, completed by employees not sub contractors. For the adventurous, you can buy a kit to install yourself.
Step 6 - Total Satisfaction & Service
We are happy when you are happy. Our reputation was built upon this philosophy for almost 30 years. We are proud of our highly regarded reputation and intend to maintain it for many years to come. Our No Nonsense Warranty assures you of this.
